it's been driving me crazy. i know that they demonstrate how to project pictures to look like ghosts using only mirrors but i can't remember the particulars. anyone remember?

It's called a beamsplitter, a glass surface held at 45º to the observer, allowing things outside of the view of the observer to be projected into his view
