Can anyone take pictures out of a video?

i want to cut my hair like this girls: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-dcVZO4GeI

but i need to get a couple really good shots of her hair [while its down]

so could anyone do that, and send me the pcituress?

oh and alsoo, heres a couple times where id like a to get a still:

0:09 0:50 1:10 1:22

or tell me how to do it?

I'm sure there are more elegant ways of doing it, but you could freeze the picture where you want and then do a screen capture of the frame (don't know how to do this on a Mac, Alt-Print Screen on Windows), paste it into photo editing software, then save it off as a file.
