Can anyone teach me how to do a bird call?

Ive never been able to whistle and its really frustrating me how easy they make it look. I want to do one of those bird calls, but those tutorials on the internet and youtube did not help tips didnt work at all -_-. So can I? All ive ever been able to do is rattle my tongue like a snake or a locust lol
