Can anyone tell how good are IT courses with job guaranty?Do you really get job?

I am thinking of doing web designer or cisco course.

These companies operate a win-win policy.  You pay for your own training, if you are good enough to pass the test they will then ask you to go for interviews and if they like you they can take you on like an agency does and contract you out earning them more money.  If you dont pass the test or interview they still have not lost anything since you paid for the couse.  There is really no guarantee as they say you have to pass interview etc.

unless they are giving you a job it is worthless also check the wording of what they say

they might mean you can get (any) job
