I have visited many site.Its free but for only 4-5 min.Then its asking me to pay.I am ready to pay, but it should be a lifetime payment.

My budget is Rs.5000 (INR- indian currency).

Dear friend there is very little sites i am here telling u

two one is skype.com where u have to pay some money ant that is i think around 2000 INR

The other one is person.com where u need not pay ok thats it.
