It's a military base so I highly doubt they're willing to hand out all that information you want for security measures.

I think you'd have to contact them directly for security clearance and then get the information you want.

It is called Casement aerodrome (after Roger Casement).  It is a military airport and is very small.  You could try looking for the Defence Forces website but why do you want this info?  In the current climate of terrorism it looks dodgy.
