Can anyone tell me about Omega Max?

Can anyone tell me the benefits/side effects of the Omega Max pills? I have tried to look it up online but I haven't really found anything...

like do they help you loose weight?

how do they differ from other fish oil pills?

are they worth the cost?

  1. The main difference in Omega-3 Max fish oil is that it is enteric coated - that is, it doesn't dissolve in your stomach so you don't burp it up. Like most reputable companies, they test for heavy metals.

    They don't help with weight loss, but can help (long-term) w/ cardiovascular health, dry skin, arthritis & high blood pressure.

    Whether it is worth $40 a month to take them is up to you. How badly do you hate burping fish oil? Or is it a problem for you? My personal preference is Twin Lab's emulsified Norwegian cod liver oil with mint. It costs about $10 a month and when I burp it, I taste mint.
