I am Looking for a Cure of a Problem with my Hands...Carpen Tunnel..I have been through Lots of pain and tryed many things that my help but still suffer allot...Please give me some Helpfull advice?Many Thanks to all of You..God Bless!

You might want to call or stop into the Hale Clinic near Regents Park. It combines conventional and complimentary practices. I used them as my main source of health care when I lived there.

Although I tend to shun traditional medicine, they are probably the best qualified to deal with this problem.

The cause of carpal tunnel syndrome is inflammation of the radial nerve.  It is (or was) a mechanical problem.

There are many non-invasive and non-surgical treatments for it.  The following website contains a lot of information, some of which you can use to attempt self-treatment.

With alternative treatments, acupuncture would be helpful but you could achieve much the same effect merely by massaging your fingertips of the affected hand (miss out your ring finger).  Reiki would also help.  Sorry, I don't know of anyone to recommend in London.

But none of it will make any difference until the mechanical cause of inflammation is resolved.
