Can anyone tell me about the 'Bowlers Tavern' in Paisley, on Wellmeadow Street?

I gather there was a stabbing in there in 2002 but I cannot find out when it closed down or if there are any plans for it. I am grateful to anyone who can help!

The Bowlers Tavern was sold on  20th Feb 2007 for £13595.

It doesn't look like there is anything happening with it as all the sites refering to it have no information or opening times

I don't know of, and can't find any mention of any future plans for its use.
