Question:

Can anyone tell me about the Masters running program for the 100 meters?

I am turning 30 this year, but I would REALLY like to run that short distance. I'm worried the Masters 100 meters would just be filled with track and field runners who are past their prime, instead of being a really competitive contest.

  1. You can find results for masters meets at www.masterstrack.com

    You will be surprised that many are still very competitive.

    Most people are not past their prime in their 30s.

    I did not really start slowing down until my early 40s.
