  1. fedex does not hire seasonal but ups does.

when i started 3 yrs ago pay started at $11.20 i believe but its gone up since then. schedule varies greatly depending on if you work at a station, a hub, or a ramp. stations are usually open generally from 5am-11pm. dont think you'll get that many hours though. also depends if you work days or night. morning handlers stick around to load the courier trucks once you've done that then you are done at my station thats about 3 or 4hrs a day. so you come in at 5am load the courier trucks for the couriers to leave and deliver the packages about 8-9ish(am). night shift you come in to load the boxes that the couriers brought in and then you go home. this is about 3 or 4hrs. my station its about 6-10pm. so i only get about 15 maybe 20hrs a week unless you can work out doing small jobs around the station for extra hours. if you work at the hub or ramp its open pretty much 24hrs and you can get almost any hours you can think of. the hub and ramp are places that several stations in the area sends their packages to get sorted and leave on a plane
