  1. I went to see one at a psychic party of sorts. I think it cost us around fifty each, and I even audio taped it and have since listened to it a few times. I suppose some of the things are similar to the answers but it was kinda vague or broad anyway. I had jokingly asked her about one person she said I would meet that was a blond for her phone number. I'm sure I have met a few since then that would fit the description, but to this day am alone almost ten years later. Maybe I misinterpreted what the woman meant to me in my future and not necessarily for a personal relationship. I still like to watch some of these shows, even if they are hard to believe. I can't see myself ever paying for another one, because; as they say: "The future is uncertain."

  2. I WAS PREGNANT FOR TWINS IN 2002.  I MISCARRIED ONE OF THEM.  FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN TALKING TO A LITTLE GIRL.  I BELIEVE THIS IS HER SISTER.  THIS MORNING I HEARD A GIRL'S VOICE CALLING MOMMY SO I JUMPED OUT OF BED.  THE VOICE WAS COMING FROM DOWNSTAIRS BUT MY DAUGHTER WAS IN HER ROOM SLEEPING.  MY HUSBAND HEARD ITTOO.  THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW.  IT HAPPENS AT ABOUT 3 AM EVERY MORNING.

  3. If you go to see a medium, please do yourself a service and look into the sort of techniques they use.  Nothing boils my blood more than what mediums do to the bereaved.

  4. i would rather not experience it because what happens is the medium has a ghost next to him/her as you ask the question.  when you ask the ghost looks into the present or the past (not sure about future) and tells the medium what is happening(ed). that's why they are vague with their answers but correct with the way they deliver it.

  5. I went to a psychic. I wish I'd never gone to her. And I don't want to talk about it. Sorry.

  6. When I was 22 Iwent to see a psychic who told me I had an evil woman wishing me harm. She said that I would have to burn expensive candles that she would light for me. I thanked her knowing that I had been taken and just walked away feeling like a fool.

I had a friend Shirley when I was a kid, around the same time and she was free and accurate as h**l. She told people things by reading their palms and was amazing. I still use some her techniques today and am rarely wrong about what I read in the palm.

Almost daily I sit in classes where we give eachother readings on the site.I think that most are quite accurate including my own. That site if  you are interested is called Mystic Familiar. I really am learning and growing there. Not every psychic experience has to be a bad one.

  7. My mother died in a car accident when I was 3.

Years ago  I went to see this guy for another reason but he started telling me about my mother.

He said it wasnt her time to die and that she was in "limbo".  He said that she keeps looping the death over and over again....getting up in the morning...the whole day ..... the accident....over and over again.

I had to come back the next week because he said that she was crying and he couldnt understand her because he had to bring her out of "limbo".

So I came back the next week.

The weird thing is is that he told me the whole story of weeks before she died leading up to her death ( something we never talked about when I was a kid so I didnt know the story )

but I went back to my brother ( who was like 12 years old when she died ) and he confirmed the whole story.

....And to the person below who thinks he/she knows me and what I "went through"....You don't even know what you are talking about.

That medium told me things that my family kept from me and after he told me this, i went and asked them if it was true and it was.

  8. I am not a skeptic, however, I believe you must be cautious. I have had numerous excellent experiences with different Mediums. Check http://www.nsac.org/  This is the National Spiritualist Association of Churches. This organization is a religious institution, and will never prey on people, but will pray with you if you wish. Mediums are people from all walks of life, and each have different talents and gifts. While one may be able to help you with a particular need, another might not have the specific abilities. If you ask a baker to fix your car, you would expect them to tell you if they aren't able to help you, and hopefully refer you to someone who can. A legitimate Medium will never ask for large sums of money, and many will let you offer a donation that you are comfortable with. Some will donate their time.

  9. amazing. your first answer should be enough for you to know now those 'mediums' are not only frauds but also wicked.

let the passed away loved ones rest in peace and 'mediums' in need of finding respectful jobs.

i am very upset now - nobody should go through what that first person who answered you went through.

  10. I would never see someone like that, but I like to watch them on TV.

They use a technique called cold reading. They all do.

Cold reading is most effective to use for mediums, because people who have recently lost a loved one are more willing to believe in them.

Actually its just a trick. You see, they get most of what they say wrong, but they keep prodding and being vague until they hit a target. Then to the person who the medium is talking to, it seems like the medium is getting the information from some other source.

I guarantee you they are 100% fake, and if you study up on cold-reading techniques you will understand how the trick is done, and will not fall for it.

I agree with Vivo, the first story should be enough to convince you that mediums are fake and will take advantage of people who have lost loved ones.
