Can anyone tell me anything about this cue?

can anyone tell me anything about this pool cue? (if possible who its made by, how much it costs, that sort of thing). the only thing i know is that on the bottom of the butt (the stopper or whatever its called), there are 2 E's. One is bigger and uppercase, and the other is opposite it, on its side, and smaller. also the stopper is screwed in with the s***w visible. Thanks... Here are the links to the pictures i took of it:

I've bought many cues that look if not similar then identical to this from wholesalers. The cues come from the orient and constructed in great quantities. Some are of okay quality but most are in poor shape. I sell them between $25 to $75 depending on condition, shaft straightness. Hopefully this is helpful.
