That's an animated gif, there are several programs that can do them just make your pictures into a gif, then stack them up in any program that can make animated gifs, and there you are, but that is not a random sequence, it's just the same sequence looped over and over.

Well if you have Imageready (comes with photoshop) you go into photoshop and make every layer one of the pictures. Then click "switch to image ready" Now, make the first one visible and the hide the other layers. Now, make a new frame, hide the first, and unhide the second. Now another frame. Etc. Now to change how fast or slow they come, when youre done, click teh first frame, hold shift, then click the last frame (they should all be highlighted now.) Now click the little arrow underneath the frame, and just change the ammount of time until it goes as fast or slow as you want. Then you just have to go to file > save optimized as> .gif. And thats it.

BTW, if u cant do it or dont have imageready, just post teh pics u want and I can do it for you in a couple mins.
