Can anyone tell me how difficult it is to get on with The Fort Macmurray Fire dept in Alberta?

I found the website to be a little vague.If i'm a SK PCP i realize i will have to challenge the AB PCP which you can't do because of the 12/1 skill difference,but after i take my ICP in Jan,this shouldn't be an issue.I am looking for details on the department and can only assume they have trouble finding people do to the cost of living,is this the case?What does the physical consist of?I have housing taken care of,so it's ideal for me.

Call the Department as ask them!!!!  They can tell you exactly what it takes to get on the department.
