Can anyone tell me how i would find out if a torrent site has shut down? i cant connect at all?

check your security settings.

Answer 2

Go to start then click run.

Type cmd in the box that appears.

Type ping www.websiteaddress.domainname

If there is no reply and the packets are lost, the site is offline.

Which site is it. If its the Pirate bay it goes down quite allot. Its probably not your P.C
