Going from the airport to the railway station by train costs 11€.

From the Rome railway "Termini" to Naples costs about 30€ and it takes about 2 hours.

I don't know if there are trains or buses from Naples to Sorrento (50km) and from Sorrento to Amalfi (32km), but I think so!

There are trains, buses, or boats from Naples to Sorrento. If you're arriving from Rome by train, the easiest thing to to is to take the Circumvesuviana train in another part of the same station in which you arrive. There's information and links to the various schedules for Naples to Sorrento or the Amalfi coast here: http://www.sorrento-online.com/english/o... The train takes roughly an hour give or take a few minutes depending on the specific train.
