Can anyone tell me how much a 30' 1967 Broadwater boat is worth.?

The hull has been glassed and looks good

It has a 455 motor that has been rebuilt and runs very well.

Everything on the boat works and is neat and clean.

really the whole boat was glassed over,anyway the boat is dry inside and runs great.any help would be great.

It probably depends very much on the market in your area.  I know that in areas I am familiar with there are far more boats for sale than there are buyers, and it is definitely a buyer's market.  Unfortunately, any boat, or anything really, is worth only what someone will pay you for it.  I am not familiar with a Broadwater boat, but I think it is a houseboat?   Your boat has a lot of years on it, so that is certainly a factor.  I would suggest you check around at marinas and boatyards in your area, get some quotes, and then ask about 10% to 20% less than the quotes.  I know people who have done that or something similar, and still sold for considerably less than the asking price.  I sold an Ericson 35 last spring for considerably less than I thought it was worth, but that's how it is.  I hope you are able to make a good deal.  Best of luck with it.
