**Trying this again, after a couple of people started getting rude and harassing.
The reason I am doing this is because I am overweight, and keeping a food/diet journal. I'm not "stressing" too much nor am I actually "worried" about this. I'm worried over my weight not what I eat. Thank you. And I'm sorry, I'm not meaning to be rude to those of you who come on here and genuinely try to help people. I come on here to get help and it's a real pity that some people feel the need to come on here and start arguments.
