Can anyone tell me how much it will cost to replace and fit a 1996 Vauxhall Corsa clutch? Thanks

My clutch is shot, how much should it (reasonably) cost to replace?

  1. you would have to pay no more than £150


  2. I don't know but it would hardly be worth it for this age of a car, might be better idea to get a new car. When they get to that age cars are not really worth fixing, you might be able to get a clutch cheap at a scrapyard but then it still needs to be fitted.

  3. To be honest there are a range of prices that you can expect to find. My advice is to hit the yellow pages and get as many quotes as you can. Fortunately the Corsa is a really easy car to change the clutch on as it has a small engine. The part for the clutch are also relatively cheap, I would expect that you could get it done for between £95 and £200.
