Can anyone tell me how to do the Webkinz Academy weightlifting class?

Can anyone tell me how to do the Webkinz Academy weightlifting class?

when you go in, click the lift button. Hold the button until the green section is up to the higher blue thingy, then let go. Then click the button again when it reaches the bottom blue thingy. Do this repeatedly until you have completed the class.

All that you need to do is press the lift button and when you get to the blue, you let go.  Then when it goes down and touches the other blue, press again.  Continue until you complete the class.

ok so u go in,and u press the lift button and hold it until you reach the top green thing.then let go and press it again oce u reach the bottom green thing.then hold on until u get to the top and keep doing it back and forth..again and again.hope i helped!!!
