Can anyone tell me how to get a mollybolt out of the wall?

The screws are stripped and it's holding up a clothes hanger in the bathroom

Tap the bolt into the wall and patch the hole. Pulling it out will cause to much damage.

easiest way would be to just push the whole thing into the wall, then patch the hole. If you can't get a grip on the collar, with a pair of pliers, and then back the s***w out with a screwdriver, just pound the whole thing in with a hammer and forget about it.

you can't, or at least it's not worth it. knock it through and switch to a toggle bolt(big wings), or patch and re-do with larger molly.

If you have an electric grinder or acces to one, chuck a metal blade in it and grind down the s***w heads.  This will allow the mounted fixture to be removed and simply push the bolt and anchor through the wall.
