The fastest way is definitely taxi. Taxi may cost you approx. $15 or more and takes you approx 15 to 20 minutes via PIE. MRT will be the 2nd fastest and more cheaper than taxi. Ride cost you $1.70 for single ticket and takes about 30-35 min to get there, excluding transfer waiting time. Bus is another option, but pretty slow for you. 518 is fast, but still slower than taxi and more expensive than MRT. So if you are on budget, MRT is the best, or else take the taxi.

take MRT alight @ orchard station should be the fastest. Take the Tangs Plaza exit, it's within minits walk only...

If you take a train you stop to Orchard Station, takes about 30minutes.

Take the MRT to City Hall Station, Change Train to Orchard MRT station.. Far East Plaza is a short distance away.. Of course, the fastest way would be taking a taxi there.. :)
