  1. I put on my bike gear. Helmet gloves the lot. Have plenty of light. Get a good thick plastic bag, hold below the nest. Cut to hanger with a good knife and close the bag quickly. Put in box, seal well and dispose of somewhere far. Kill remaining using a spray or a newspaper. Be careful. Luck.

  2. You may get badly stung if you try to do this yourself. For some people, badly allergic to wasp stings, this can result in death. The swarm could also attack others (animals and people around you if not handled properly.

You have two options depending on if they are a problem in your loft:

If they are not causing a problem in the loft, you could leave them there. The wasps will die in the Autumn. The presence of an old wasps nest does not mean that they return next year.

If they are a problem remaining in the loft for any length of time and you need to employ someone to remove them, look up wasps or pest control in your 'phone book. I would also look up window cleaners as some window cleaners will remove them (they usually say so on their advert). It is likely to be cheaper for a local window cleaner to remove the nest than a pest control/wasp removal contractor.

    Good luck!

  3. If there are no wasps in it just break it up,it will just be like paper & then find where they are coming in & block hole or they will come back & keep making more nests. If there are wasps call council pest control to remove it

  4. Ingredients:

Dress yourself with a scuba diving mask and snorkel

    Lots of clothes.

A lighter and a can on deodrant (preferably lynx)

    And also a baseball bat

    Step 1

Twa.t the wasps nest onto the floor and immediately aim the lighter ito face it and hold the nossle of the deodrant can direction behind.

    Step 2

Light the lighter and continuously spray the deodrant into the flame, creating a flame thrower that will incinerate any bees that go after you.

(it wont matter if some escape because the clothes will protect you.

    Step 3

Walk around the room, flame throwing every bee you see and show them whos boss.

    Step 4

Out of the attic you go.

Boil the kettle and treat yourself to a Tetleys.

Ponder as your work is complete.

  5. GET A CATERPAULT FIRE IT   GET A DIRECT HIT SORTED NO MORE WASP NEST!!!!! OH YEAH THEN RUN LIKE F--K.

  6. "Wasp nest destroyer foam" from B&Q.  Used it and it works.

  7. You could smoke them out or get an expert in, try smoking them out they are dormant at the moment.
