Can anyone tell me how to go china by road from Pakistan. please guide me road to road (road map)...?

we 5 frnds are planing to go to china by road from Lahore-Pakistan.

From lahore head north on the moteryway to islamabad-murree-mansera(sleep here)-besham-chilas-gilgit-if you get here 4 hours before sunset keep heading to hunza karimabad and sleep here you will wake up to the sun coming from behind rakaposhii mountain)but if you get to gilgit late at night then sleep there.next day head out to sost and pass the kunjrab national park which ends on the khujrab pass cross over into china the first half town you come across is tashgoram or somthing like that and would advise if its 5 and going in a car your 2 much just be 4.

Go left, then right, then left again. You will see a big ditch in the side of the road, crawl into it for shelter. If you meet this old lady with a goat, turn back, you've gone to far.

Go islamabad from where u join shahr e reshem which go straight from pakistan to china
