Can anyone tell me how to hang a wallborder? Its the kind u soak in warm water but I dont know how long....

I bought it at target and lost the instructions...please advise

Simple, roll it loosely with the glue side out. Set it in warm water for a minute or so making sure the entire strip gets wet, after that just apply it to your wall. When going around corners, just go around about an inch and pick up from there.

if u what to make it fast u just use are  hairdryer to bow up and make it dry so fast
