  3. The Best One i Ever Had Was A Pina Colada.

    2 oz. Light Rum

    3 oz. Pineapple Juice

    2 oz. Coco Lopez Coconut Cream

    Mix This in A Blender And Serve into A Colada glass And Serve With A Cherry or Pineapple Slice. Or check Out This Cool Web Site. It Has The BEST Cocktails!

  4. Ohh i make cocktails all the time here are a few of my favourites (all serve one):

    - a "milkshake"

    ice

    45ml irish whiskey

    30ml baileys

    120ml cold milk

    1 scoop vanilla ice cream

    1 tsp nesquick / powdered drinking choc.

    basically you just put the ice whiskey baileys and milk in a shaker and shake, then add ice cream and dust with the nesquick. its reallllly nice!!!

    - a really cool blue one known as the Great Barrier Reef

    ice

    60ml gin

    30ml cointreau

    a tiny bit of bitters

    a little blue curacao (another alcohol)

    2 scoops vanilla icecream

    put all in a blender, blend and serve.

    - Copacabana

    ice

    15ml malibu

    15ml creme de banane

    15ml grand marnier

    60ml pineapple juice

    30ml coconut cream

    Put all in cocktail shaker, shake and serve

    -"Angel" - it's pink :)

    ice

    30ml baileys

    15ml cointreau

    15ml strawberry liqueur

    30ml pineapple juice

    30ml cream

    4 strawberries

    Blend.

    - Peach surprise

    ice

    30ml peach liqueur

    30ml banana liqueur

    15ml malibu

    3tsp lemon juice

    4 strawberries

    dash grenadine

    blend.

  5. Okay.. This one is nice.  you may think its a bit weird .  but the taste

    DELICIOUS.!

    Ingredients

    2 limes, coarsely chopped

    1 x 1L btl guava nectar

    250ml (1 cup) ginger beer, chilled

    125ml (1/2 cup) white rum

    Crushed ice, to serve

    Method

    Place the lime in a mortar and use a pestle to gently pound until crushed.

    Place the guava nectar, ginger beer, rum, lime and any juice from the mortar in a large jug. Stir until combined.

    Fill serving glasses with ice. Pour the guava mixture evenly among the glasses. Serve immediately.

    Very fufilling

  6. Have you heard of the Singapore Sling? It was invented about a hundred years ago but the ordiginal recipe was lost. I wouldn't like to pay for one, though, as I believe they are extremely expensive! See the link below to the recipe:
