Can anyone tell me how to make graphics?

Can anyone tell me how i can make a video like this i seen it on someones myspace page and i really wanted to try it heres the link for an example:

The first image requires atleast 10 to 15 images shot with automatic camera for one complete action.

Next scan the images and crop them to the size you want. Queue them in any animator software like image ready - set the timing which should be very fast - and there you have it.

The second image is easy to create >> load any image in photoshop >> create a copy >> change the cap colour and the eyes by using lasso tool >> change hue & saturation. make as my copies as you want the colours.

Queue them in image ready >> set the timings and you are ready.

In both the cases the image will be saved in GIF format which supports animation.
