  1. No,  The only exception might be  a claim for a government agency, or municipality, which is self insured for workman's comp.


  2. Absolutely not. There are strict privacy laws concerning your medical records. Worker's comp is a settlement through insurance, or self-insurance, (some employers elect to pay part out of pocket). It is not part of a "public" court.
