Can anyone tell me if a 1986 jefferson motor yacht has wooden stringers ?or are they all glass?

i have looked all through the boat ,and all i see are wood engine mounts ,approx.4 ft. long .i beleive the stringers were a wrapped fiberglass bulk lets call it ..no actual woob sub structure .if any info. available on this i would appreciate it very much.also the boat is 42 ft long .and was beautiful ,but ineed to find out about the way it was made to do proper repairs.thank you ..

I can't say for sure but I have never seen an all glass stringer. They usually have a "core" material such as wood or a synthetic to give strength. If Jefferson is still in business give them a call or e-mail or contact a dealer.
