They have their own Ghost-net, and is not compatible to our internet YET, at least not officially implemented.

First, there is no proof, only myths about the existence of spirit forms being among us.And the stories speak of poltergeist activity in which material objects are moved.That means that if there are real apparitions, then they have the ability to use a computer.That being the case then logic dictates that they can communicate on the internet.It is a matter of what you wish to believe. I hope it is so, because I have several people I want to visit when I am dead.Paybacks.

No because ghost are not real and if a ghost could use the internet then all the ghost of all the smart deceased people would  probably hack all our computers

Oh yeh.

They have their own ISP. It offers broadband and wireless.

They still have issues with spam but they are gradually beating it. They dont have virus trouble because they all use Macs.

Hoaxes are a bit of an issue because they don't have the capacity to check things out in the real world.

The chemtrail one is a biggie between ghosts and sylphs.
