  1. It is possible and I know people that have done it, anything is possible. However, you will be very busy. If you normally do well in school you could probably manage your time so that you can maintain your grades. The good thing is that your sports all have different seasons (I'm pretty sure they do anyway). All high school sports practice everyday and games, if not during the week, are on Saturday. So figure everyday you will be spending 2 hours at practice after school (My practices, and most at my school, are 2 hours long) and then go home for homework. If you are not set on participating in theater or a bunch of clubs you could make it work.

So long as you do not struggle in school and make all of the teams, then it is possible. However, if you find yourself struggling to keep up with everything you may want to pick 1 or 2 of the sports and focus on your studies. It depends on what you consider a normal high school experience. Because you will be involved with teams you will have a lot of fun things going on outside of the sport side of things (In my experience teams typically have pasta parties before every game and get togethers on the weekend.). You'll make great friends on your team that you'll keep during the off season. As far as having a lot of free time I would say don't count on it.

Try it out. You don't have to commit to playing all 3 sports. See how things go during the soccer season , if you are managing things well then go out for basketball and see how that goes, if it goes well go for lax too. You never know what you are capable of until you give it a try. If things don't work out for whatever reason then you cut back sophomore year. Freshman year is a learning experience, try everything and find what works best for you.

    best of luck

  2. I think it's possible, but it won't be easy and you may have to drop one when you come closer to doing exams. So, yeah, but you'll have to ask your school about it!
