yes, best way to do it, I find is to burn them to a cd using itunes first (you can do this in bulk using the mp3 burning function) then use real player to save them from that CD. They will be saved as MP3's to the 'my music' folder. You can then upload them to your MP3 player.

Its a shame this method costs money in blank CD's. hopefully Apple will wake up and stop being so pissy soon. You paid for it, you should be able to listen to it where and how you want.
