No there are no Royal Warrants on bubble bath or anything else, what you refer to is Royal Patronage (The Queen has used an item and permits the supplier to tell everyone about it, with the hope of better sales)  an example is cigarettes. NOTE: The Royal patronage is given to animals (RSPCA) but not children (NSPCC)

    Who would want to buy bubblebath, simply because "Well, the Queen uses it"   You are a sorry specimen!
