  1. I would not take it if I were you it just causes cramping try eating fresh pineapple or going for a walk. Congrats on your baby!!! good luck

  2. mix it with orange juice.

  3. Even in the pill form, it is still the same mineral, and will have the same effect!

EDIT: Oh I didn't realize you were only 37 weeks. Bubs probably won't come this early anyway!

  4. Just walk and have lots of s*x! You can try evening primrose oil as well, it is a pill!

  5. don't take castor oil at all it can cause problems all in itself castor oil works because it causes your intestines to contract and retract causing you to empty your bowels and the intestines are very close to the uterus while pregnant so the theory is that if one contracts it will prompt the other (uterus) to contract as well but it can cause severe dehydration from diarrhea and vomiting which will happen and that's not good while in labor how far along are you? the baby knows the perfect date and time to meet you and you should let him decide when he is ready good luck mommy

  6. i not trying to change your mind about caster oil, but it's probably not your best bet of inducing.....

there is a LOT of concern that it causes the baby to have it's first bowel movement inside of you, and if they inhale the toxins it can cause pneumonia... it's just really risky.

    try Evening primrose oil!

i bought some yesterday at walgreens for 8.99 and it has definitely made a change in my cervix.

i popped the pill with a tack, and applied the oil to my cervix.

there are also other safer ways to induce yourself..

nipple stimulation, s*x, walking walking walking, primrose oil, blue cohosh tea, accupressure, etc..

    good luck!!!!!

  7. check health food stores, even if they do not have pills they should have empty capsules so you can fill your own.

but FYI, it won't work anyway.
