Can anyone tell me if they have switched from DTE energy to Universal Gas and Electric?

I would like to know if it is worth switching gas companies?

You're not switching gas companies, just your supplier.  Your bill still comes from DTE with a note that says your gas supplier is Universal. Typically your gas bill will be a few dollars higher at first ($3-$5), but as gas prices go up, yours will stay the same for 5 years saving you in the long run.
