  1. Sounds normal to me. I always thought that people just said they more hungry when they became pregnant as an excuse to eat alot, and I thought they just said they were tired as an excuse to be lazy, was I ever WRONG!! I feel bad that I thought like that because you don't have control over that. I am tired and hungry all the time. Its just part of pregnancy!

  2. Yes, it's all normal.  Subscribe to one of those online services that sends you weekly updates that tell you what you should be feeling.  It really helped me - you don't know what is normal and what's not.

I used pregnancy weekly - and they even continue through your kid's first year so that helps too.

Try to eat lots of fruits and vegis - they will help keep you feeling full and are good for the baby.  Also eat a lot of protein - cheese, milk, meat, etc.

If you can't sleep try to start a meditation routine - it will help throughout the pregnancy and will help during labor too.

    Good luck.

  3. it sounds like your maybe anxious? being so tired is normal. when your in bed try counting sheep or turning on the t.v. that way your body will relax. even if you don't sleep long rest is good for you. eating a lot is normal too, just make sure you are eating the right things- fruits, veggies, whole grains. don't put anything into your mouth you wouldnt feed a one year old!!! i tried to remember that when i had cravings for a mountain dew or a snickers.

  4. your bady is trying to build a baby.. so you feel tired but cant actually sleep my doctor told me to use benedril to sleep and it knocked me out! eat! your baby needs you to eat alot!

  5. Yes, very normal.  The hunger will subside around 12 weeks and then will pick up again around your last trimester.  Tiredness will also do the same as hunger.

If you can't sleep, that's okay just lay down and rest.  As far as hunger goes, try eating small amounts very frequently, I do this all the way through my pregnancy and it helps with cramping, fatigue, sickness and hunger.

  6. Well, it is somewhat true that you will be more hungry. You shouldn't overeat though. You're really only eating for a very small person. Type in nutrition for pregnancy into google and do a little reading. I find that sipping on some warm green tea helps me through belly aches and hunger when it's not time to eat. The sleeping could be a problem. You could be stressed over the baby (not neccassarily a bad thing). It is a very complicated time in your life. When you lay down, clear your head. If you start thinking of things, keep pushing it out of your mind. Work on relaxing and resting your mind and sleep should follow.

  7. THAT IS NORMAL AND ITS JUST THE BEGINING THERE WILL BE ALOT OF THINGS GOING ON

  8. yes, ur pregnant! lol
