Hey!!  MERSA is a super bug - in other words, Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (as its known) is resistent to most antibiotics.  I have some more information for you which i have provided below.

MRSA is a staph infection resistant to the penicillin class of antibiotics. It causes all types of infections but for most healthy people it usually comes as an infected cut or after a surgery. MRSA is usually easily treated with long term antibiotics.
