  1. Work ethic + Talent + Passion + Faith in God= One of the best.

  2. Although a lot of the training has been covered, make sure you sort your diet out.

Eat carbs within 15 minutes of a workout to help rebuild the muscle you have broken down.

You know what to eat, its not rocket science. You can train all day but that burger you are about to eat is full of fats, so leave it!

Tuna and pinapple is delish and is full of protein and the acid in the pinapple helps to burn fats. Work on your cardio and get in plenty of swimming. Remember to drink loads of water, constantly sip it, and drink plenty after swimming because you do sweat a lot whilst swimming, you just dont notice it!!

Write down your goal by you bed (and be in bed early, your body needs the rest) and go for it.

  3. Mayweather is a special case the man trains 3 times a day all times a day until about a week before a fight,(that is why he is the only fighter to weigh in under the weight limit before the fight week). Some of his techninques include sparing 15 minute rounds with different sparing partners moving in to increase his stamina, others include running miles at night and pushing himself an extra mile, as well as doing basic resistance training. He also has a nutritionist to keep himself lean. I hope this helps.

  4. Wussup Martin? (Where's Gina?)...Anyway follow these steps playa.

    1. Find a good gym and train every day.

    2. Work constantly on cardio by running, shadowboxing, jumping rope and riding the bike.

    3. Gain power by hitting the heavy bags.

    4. Work on timing and quickness with the hand bags and training pads.

    5. Build muscle mass with weight training, sit-ups, pull-ups, dips and push-ups.

    6. Spar with other boxers in your gym.

    7. Get out and do the real thing as often as your trainer and schedule allow.

    8. You'll be better then Mayweather in no time...(crossing fingers)
