Can anyone tell me of a beach resort, within one hour of manila?

La Luz is beautiful but will take you 2.5 hours to drive.

Anilao, Batangas will only take you an hour from manila (110kms)

That is if you're driving fast enough. It's the closest beach from manila

Travel time should be faster since the Star expressway extension has

been opened.

Anilao has dozens of beach resorts, lots of diving spots and the water is very fine. You won't see boracay-like sand but it won't disappoint you either

i can't think of any beach resort that's one hour away but if you are willing to drive all the way to batangas i recommend you go to La Luz resort. It's a beautiful place if you want to get away from the city life to relax and just rejuvenate yourself.
