Can anyone tell me of a website to get watch valued?

No I can't.

Valuing a watch would be difficult if not impossible without seeing it. A watch collector or dealer could give you an approximate value based on manufaturer, age, rarity, condition, whether it has any original papers, the base metal of the case etc but ultimately they would have to see the condition and examine the movement themselves before giving a true value.

You could look on sites like ebay and see if an identical watch is sold. This will give you a good guide price but condition and pedigree are critical.
