You are close to the South End. Grab a cab and go to

Franklin Street Cafe

Gaslight

Toro

Metropolis Cafe

They will all be 100 times better than whatever you get the chain restaurants right near you. You can walk there from the Radisson its only about a 20 minute walk!

Try the North End. It is not that far away maybe a $5.00 cab ride. It is the Italian area of Boston and there are tons of restaraunts. The smaller ones are usually the best because they are not so touristy. Walk up and down the streets. It is a charming little neighborhood and on the most part you can't go wrong with any place you choose. Many places will have the menus and prices listed out front. Good luck. I miss being in Boston and wish I was there now.

Legal Seafood and Bonfire (upscale steakhouse) are nearby in the Park Plaza.

Tantric is right on Stuart St between Rock Bottom (crappy chain pub) and California Pizza Kitchen ... Tantric is probably the most under-rated Indian restuarant in town.

You'll also be close to PF Chang's but I strongly suggest that you walk the extra 2 blocks and go to Chinatown instead. Especially if it's around lunch time, ask the concierge to suggest a dim sum place.

Try "Excelsior" right next to the Four Seasons, its pricey but has amazing food. If you want to go cheaper, "Cottonwood" is a little further down Boylston Street but is upscale Mexican. Both of these places are truly great restaurants.

If neither of those strike your fancy, walk down Charles Street and there are quite a few restaurants there, you are bound to find something you like. "Paramount" deli is a great dive...they have great burgers and sandwiches.

Yep. There is the Kupper Bing at 6th and Hodway.

Then there is Boocho Blams right around the corner from the Hilton. Great food at both locations. Love it!
