At the poles, and certain parts of the arctic and antarctic circle for some part of the year.  Obviously, the further away from the true pole you go, the less of the year is spent in 24hr darkness/daylight.

At this time of the year it is the North Pole for three months it will only get to twilight not properly dark the around December time the South Pole will be the place to be to get virtually constant daylight/twilight.

At other times these two places never see light for three months of the year.

There are times when countries within the Arctic and Antarctic circles will have times in the year when the light gets to twilight. These periods are shorter than that at the poles but it is a sight to see!

Every place on Earth experiences night at least once a year.  In fact, over the course of a full year, every square inch of the surface spends exactly 6 months in night.  At the equator, it's 12 hours on 12 hours off.  At the poles, it can be months of day and then months of night.

uuuh not sur about never but there are times depending on the earths tilt proportionit to the sun. The tilt is toward s the sun and for 6 months does not have night. think it may be the north pole.
