I have applied for H1b with VedicSoft for 09-10. I need to know about company. Also need to contact people working with VedicSoft. Also share your experieance with company. What things I need to care with VedicSoft?

Experience is horrifying. After making me sit on bench for 4 months they have asked me to leave this company and vacate the guesthouse. They have threatened to terminate my h1 if i don't pay them 2320$. I am weighing my options of filing a petition against them in Dept of Labor .
