Wait a week or two and a lot of the places in Americana on Brand will be open.  That will prove to be interesting.  I know Granville and Yard House will be there along with a new Pacific Theater complex.  

On May 14th there is going to be the "Taste of Downtown Glendale" where for $25 you walk around for a few hours and get to sample food from a variety of (participating) restaurants.  Come hungry and with comfortable shoes.
