Can anyone tell me some good bands, especially foreign bands?

I'm getting extremely bored of my music, because I am really picky when it comes to music taste! I'm into rock kind of bands, but I prefer foreign music to the stuff you get here. I'm not entirely closed off to British or American music though. I'd just love some suggestions.

Try the matches, they re like indie rock, but they do still speak english, mew are rocky music, but kind of "harmonic" too! :D
