I suffer frm migraines, and thought I'd start keeping a check on the weather etc. as this can affect them.

I last had one on Wednesday 23/07/08, and thought it may have something to do with humidity and barometer pressure, but I can't find this info. anywhere. I can find forecast for the week, but not for the past.

Hope you can help :o)

  1. It changes from place to place and minute to minute. By tracking the rate of change you can tell what the weather will (or could ) be in the future (but not to distant future).  Get a barometer and a hygrometer or wet bulb thermometer and a thermometer and track their readings against your head aches.  Even with no correlation (to your head aches) you would at least be learning basic weather forecasting.

  2. OK long boring story but we have a graph running on a BMS system. Recording outside humidity. (and other things but not barometric pressure)

In London NW1 (off Euston Road)

Wednesday 23/7/08 (with the date that way I guess you’re in England)

Midnight the RH was around 56%

At around 7am it had risen to 64%

By noon it had dropped to around 24%

Then at 7pm it was an unbelievable 16% (sixteen percent)

It then rose sharply till about midnight at 64%

It carried on rising till it hit 91% around 7 am on the 24th.

So with changes like that who knows?

  3. where do u live?

  4. You'll need to find a weather station close to where you are.  Since you don't say where you live, nobody can answer you specifically, obviously.

Several of my female acquaintances suffer from migranes due to hormonal swings.  Relaxation exercizes and drugs help avoid them.
