I go to best buy or bestbuy.com. They are well trained and always helpful even after u buy it. If you have problems call the 1-800 number or go in and they will fix it or replace it.

don't buy gold there isn't a save place to buy gold ask anyone thats been playing WoW for a long time when ever someone  "buys gold" they probly get hacked. Blizzard even tells you not to buy gold you can get banded from WoW or kicked for a short time.
