Can anyone tell me the best outlet in South Kent please?

I live in Canterbury but the high street in here is a bit boring, can anyone let me know the best place for shopping in South Kent please?! Thanks in advance

My mother lives in Dover, she loves going to Bluewater - not to sure where it is - I think it must be near my brother who lives near brands hatch

I live in Ashford and my daughter goes to her Dad regularly in Canterbury. For shopping though, and boy can she shop, she likes Maidstone or Bluewater.
