Can anyone tell me the longest sponsor/driver combo?

I know petty and stp were together for awhile, i dont know how long

then there was SR. and goodwrench

and i know Jeff Gordon and Dupont, is it one of those and if so how many years were they together?

I think of all the drivers today, it would be Jeff Gordon and Dupont.  Pretty much everyone else has either come along since then or changed since then.

I'm not sure about all-time.  I'd guess STP and Richard Petty, they were together for a long, long time, but I don't know that for a fact.

Tony Stewart & Home Depot. I think it's ten years. This is the last year for them.

STP and Petty was the longest Driver/Sponsor combo in NASCAR.

The longest in major Motorsports is Budweiser/Bernstein in NHRA drag racing.
